Ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken
- 6 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 C salsa
Put chicken, lime juice and chili power in a crock pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred the chicken and put back in the crock pot. Add salsa and warm. Serves 6.
