Ingredients:
- 5 lb beef roast (pot roast works well)
- 2 cans of French onion soup
- beef broth
- rolls or buns
- Cream cheese or mozzarella (optional)
Place beef roast in a large crock pot. Pour French onion soup over the top and add enough beef broth to cover the roast. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, until the meat falls apart.
Skim the fat off the juice and serve for Au jus to dip the sandwiches in.
Noah likes to lather his bread with cream cheese and then dip his sandwich.
